Sometimes, a speedy dinner is just perfect for Friday night especially if you have to visit friends in the evening. These are the easy steps to prepare the dinner:
1) Cook rice by following instruction on the pack.
2) Whack the breaded fish (from the frozen section in the supermarket) into the oven.
3) Mixed together boiled fine beans, fried chirozo, rocket salad and season with some salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano.
4) Dive in!
Much as I like to stop at a pretty healthy supper like that, I actually had a list of snack afterwards – I started with a square of dark chocolate, some grapes and finished off with a piece of buttered toast. Of course, when I reached our friend’s house, I gulp done a tumble of juice, cookies and Victoria sponge cake as I was too polite to reject, or well, the sweets were too difficult to resist… :-S
